Result of Training
Short term:
To create the meetings club to share ethic of Japan through anime in young Nikkei and young people with anime interest, and to start the first Nikkei festival in my city.
Midterm:
When young Nikkei get stronger, they will participate in more activities, in JICA and other organization trainings and getting stronger connections with Nikkei culture in the city and with other associations in the country.
Long term:
Start teaching Japanese culture (language, history, ethics, art) to our children’s or next young generation to keep maintaining the culture alive.
Living Conditions
Good connectivity, very kind treatment, good interpretation between languages.
How do you utilize what you have learned in Japan?
My future Plan in my Nikkei society is to keep maintaining the interest between young generations with the big learnings that I obtained by this training. The learning was deeper than academic, it was for the life itself as well.
General Opinions
A training that could change life. Mr. Maeda is a person who have big intelligence and many things to teach to the humanity. Every person should have this kind of training for their personal life.
It’s a training very well structured with very kind treatment and keeps the interest in high level in all the training.

Objectives for 2022
In 2022 I have the purposes of:
Making the Rinri club, in which I will share about Japanese ethics and culture through anime, focused on young nikkei and no nikkei interested in Japan.
To work on my animated short film about my grand grand father Kojiro Mizuno, to share his story to everybody in a creative way and keep his legacy alive.
Apply to the opportunity of training in presencial form this time, with all my effort, in order to know the country of my ancestors and to get the parts of knowledge that i couldn´t have for this training.

Resultado del Training:
Objetivo a término de corto plazo:
Empezar el Rinri club comentado en clase, para compartir la ética y cultura japonesa a las generaciones jóvenes nikkeis y no nikkeis entusiastas, en mi ciudad. Con el mismo propósito, terminar mi corto animado sobre mi tatarabuelo Kojiro mizuno para la recordación de la historia de la llegada de los pioneros inmigrantes japoneses en el país.
Objetivo a término de mediano plazo:
Cuando la comunidad Nikkei se fortalezca, los jóvenes y antiguos miembros participarían más en las actividades, estarían más interesadas e interesados en las becas que las diferentes organizaciones brinden y tendrán lazos más fuertes con las demás comunidades del país.
Objetivo a largo plazo:
Al tener una comunidad nikkei más unida y activa, se comenzaría a enseñar a la siguiente generación sobre las costumbres, conocimiento, el idioma, etc para mantener la cultura viva a lo largo del tiempo.
Condiciones del entrenamiento:
Buena conexión, un trato muy amable departe de profesores y un muy buen ambiente en general. Buena interpretación entre lenguajes departe de la señorita Saoko-san.
Cómo utilizas lo que aprendiste en Japón?
Mi plan futuro con la sociedad nikkei es mantener el interés entre las nuevas generaciones con los grandes aprendizajes obtenidos en este curso. Este fué más profundo que simplemente un entrenamiento académico, fué un aprendizaje para la vida misma además.
Opinión General
Un curso que puede cambiar la forma como se ve la vida. Mr Maeda es una persona con una gran inteligencia y con grandes cosas que enseñar a la humanidad. Considero que todos deberíamos tener este tipo de enseñanzas para nuestra vida diaria.
Este es un entrenamiento bien organizado, con un trato agradable y el esfuerzo por mantener viva la atención de las y los estudiantes durante todas las clases.
